You are 100% right. You must track and hold eyhrvteing accountable. You must also be constantly looking for new means to reach your client base. It can clearly be thru postcards, door hangers, door knocking, websites, landing pages/splash pages, google PPC and optimization, Radio, and TV. You must understand your client and where they meet you in the world. Then you must know how much it costs you per lead/sale/closing ext and make sure you are being profitable on each campaign. Never do it for just branding sake. Branding really does not care from the last time I asked her, so do not do it for her sake. Proper marketing and advertising will allow you to brand at the same time. However, branding typically is not a messurable number, so do it for results.
